Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains how information is handled within the TimeTable – Study Planner app.
- We do not collect personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.
- All data (classes, schedules, calendar notes, tests, files) is stored locally on the user’s device only.
- No data is transmitted to external servers unless explicitly initiated by the user (e.g., sharing a backup file).
Use of Data
- Data is used solely to organize your study schedule.
- No data is shared with third parties for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.
Advertisements
- The app may display advertisements.
- Ad providers may use non-personal information to show relevant ads.
- We do not share personal data with ad networks.
Notifications & Reminders
- The app does not send notifications automatically.
- Notifications are sent only if the user manually sets:
- A reminder for a calendar note
- A reminder for a class
- A reminder for a test/exam
- Enabling or disabling reminders is fully controlled by the user.
- If no reminder is set, the app will not send any notifications.
Backup & Restore
- When using the backup feature, data is saved as a file on the user’s device or in a location chosen by the user.
- No data is uploaded to our servers.
- Users are responsible for securing their backup files.
Data Security
- We take reasonable measures to protect user data within the app’s local storage.
- All information remains under the user’s complete control.
- We recommend regularly backing up your data.

The app uses the following third-party services:
- Expo Notifications: For local reminder notifications
- Expo FileSystem: For backup/restore functionality
- Expo AV: For audio/video functionality
- Expo Font: For custom fonts
- React Native Google Mobile Ads: For displaying advertisements
- Expo Document Picker: For file selection

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

- مزودو الإعلانات قد يستخدمون معلومات غير شخصية لعرض إعلانات مناسبة.
- لا نشارك البيانات الشخصية مع شبكات الإعلان.
الإشعارات والتذكير
- التطبيق لا يرسل أي إشعارات تلقائياً.
- يتم إرسال الإشعارات فقط إذا قام المستخدم بنفسه بتعيين:
- تذكير لملاحظة في التقويم
- تذكير لحصة دراسية
- تذكير لاختبار / امتحان
- تفعيل أو تعطيل التذكير يتم بالكامل حسب رغبة المستخدم.
- في حال عدم تعيين أي تذكير، لن يتم إرسال أي إشعارات.
النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة
- عند استخدام ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي، يتم حفظ ملف النسخة الاحتياطية على جهاز المستخدم أو في الموقع الذي يختاره.
- لا يتم رفع أي بيانات إلى خوادم خاصة بنا.
- المستخدم مسؤول عن تأمين ملفات النسخ الاحتياطي الخاصة به.
أمان البيانات
- نتخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية بيانات المستخدم داخل التخزين المحلي للتطبيق.
- جميع المعلومات تبقى تحت سيطرة المستخدم الكاملة.
- نوصي بعمل نسخ احتياطية للبيانات بشكل منتظم.
